Beer mustard is one of the best things going and you can make it with your own beer that you've brewed!
1 cup mustard seed 3/4 cup homebrew 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons honey
Bring beer, vinegar and mustard seeds to a simmer on the stovetop and then set aside to cool. place in a blender or food processor, add salt and honey, then process until it's the texture that you'd like. The mustard will thicken as it cools. For hotter mustard, combine the beer and mustard seed, cover and let sit at room temperature for 4-6 hours before adding the vinegar and proceeding as above. Other add-ins you can consider: roasted garlic, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, horseradish, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne
