Austin first brewed this beer and then was generous enough to share his recipe for the shop. Pilsen dry malt and Centennial hops all the way make a wonderful beer! Crisp and refreshing. With most of the extract added late in the boil, you'll keep the color of the beer very pale AND only need one ounce of hops split into 1/4 ounce measures.
Recommended yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale or Safale US-05
