A 30 quart (7.5 gallon) brew kettle, high pressure propane burner with regulator, 18" stainless steel mash paddle and a 12" brew thermometer. The burner is 12" tall with a 10 psi regulator and windscreen and has a 14" cooking surface that's perfect for the 7.5 gallon kettle. The kettle is stamped at each quart measure so to take the guesswork out of your boil volume.
