Maisie has a sort of British sound to it dontcha think? Well the shop dog, Maisie, isn't British but if you've met her you know that she's pretty chill - mild even. British Mild is the original session beer that would be served with a meal and not so much to get intoxicated. Malt forward with moderate bittering - just enough to keep it interesting. The small grain bill would make this a good first all grain recipe.
