Healthy fermentation require healthy yeast and yeast thrive when they begin their work in an oxygen rich environment. Electric pump with 2 micron stainless steel diffusion stone and approximately 6 feet of tubing. Aerate cooled wort for 15-20 minutes before pitching yeast. The stainless steel stone should be boiled in a small amount of water after each use to keep it clean and prevent the pores from getting clogged. Always sanitize the stone and tubing as you would anything else that comes into contact with your cooled wort.
