It also doesn't include stuff you don't really need. We've traded the 2 buckets that most kits offer for just one which can serve as your primary fermenter AND bottling bucket. Then we INCLUDED a carboy for secondary fermentation because every kit and recipe out there recommends a 2 stage fermentation process to make better beer.
