Gluco-Amylase Enzyme (amyloglucosidase) is added to all-grain mashes to convert dextrins into fermentable sugars. Used in production of whisky and light beer. Add to mash at room temperature.
CAUTION: if used in a beer the result will be a very low-bodied, dry finish.
