Nut Brown Ale
A great session beer with loads of malt flavor! Dark, rich, smooth, with caramel and dark fruit flavors, it's a rare find on the store shelves (if you can find it at all) so you're just going to have to make it yourself. Use it as a starter and harvest the yeast to use in a big porter or barleywine.
Recommended yeast: Wyeast 1968 London ESB or Lallemand ESB dry yeast
