Updated with new ingredient packages! Most will have options for extract or all-grain; the "extract" option is what you're using if you brew in the kitchen on your stovetop. Yeast is not included but I've tried to include recommendations on each one, usually at least one liquid and one dry strain but sometimes there's a lot of flexibility depending on the beer style.
Where to these recipes come from? Books, magazines, blogs, websites, and of course the personal brewing that I do and some recipes come from friends and homebrew club folks. If you are looking for more I'd head to the homebrewers association website or craft beer and brewing magazine has a website with a lot of great stuff.
