Padraig Irish Stout
An award winning dry Irish stout recipe! I don't want to call it a Guinness clone because that's a high bar and I can tell you that few are the home brewers who have reached it, but we can make a great beer that's very similar and recognizable. Not a lot of hops because you're going to get bittering from the roasted malts.
Recommended Yeast: Imperial Darkness, Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale or Fermentis Safale US-05
