Juicy Juice NEIPA
They seem to be everywhere right now - the NEIPA. Hazy, fruity, less bitter than its West Coast cousins, it's a super fun IPA to brew. This recipe is modeled on Juicy Bits from Weldwerks Brewing and I haven't had the original, but this one is awesome. 9 ounces of hops (3 each of Citra, El Dorado, and Mosaic) most of which are added after the boil is done and added as a blend every time. The grain bill here is really a good platform for which ever tropical or fruity hops you'd like to substitute in. Try Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Sovereign, or some old favorites like Centennial and Glacier.
Recommended yeast: Wyeast 1318 London Ale 3
