With 8 ounces of hops it would be hard for this recipe to NOT become an IPA, but it's tempered with the first hop additions coming when the boil is already half done. Four ounces EACH of Mosaic and Centennial create a wonderful beer that's also brewed with plenty of specialty grains to give it body and malt backbone.
