Fresh Squeezed IPA
This IPA is bursting with hop derived fruity flavors and aromas. On the less bitter side when it comes to IPA, Citra and Mosaic hops are added late in the boil, after flameout, and again as dry hops. Low attenuating yeast helps leave a slightly sweet finish and brings out the juiciness of the hops.
Recommended Yeast: Wyeast 1187 Ringwood Ale or Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale
