A lightly hopped blonde ale with a hint of peach from a refermentation on peach puree. Ferment with the Kveik and a nice citrus ester will complement the peach flavor. You'll be surprised how good this is even before you add the fruit! Lactose (milk sugar) prevents the fermentation from going too dry and helps the fruit flavor linger.
