Gose is a beer with a 1000 year pedigree; brewed with the salty water from the Gose river in Northwestern Germany. A unique, tangy, and refreshing summer beer with additions of coriander and sea salt. Some breweries go overboard with the salt in this style but it's more muted in this one - if you'd like, try using any gourmet salt that you enjoy in place of sea salt; I've heard that smoked salt is incredible.
