A showcase of spice and fruit flavors supported by a soft malt backbone and a dry refreshing finish. In addition to this kit you'll need to source 12 ounces of dried apricots (or the dried fruit of your choice) for secondary fermentation. 4 ounces of french oak cubes are included.
