Think of a Scottish ale that's been strength training for the caber toss and you'll get the idea. High gravity brewing results in a warm, boozy, malty beast that's rich and just the thing for a cool evening with Nessie down by the loch. There's no smoked malt in this one but it wouldn't be out of place to add a few ounces of peat smoked malt.
