Mark Pasquinelli began brewing pumpkin ales years ago and after many, many brews, he achieved his "perfect" pumpkin ale. You'll need to plan a day or two ahead if you roast the fresh pumpkin but you can use canned too (neither is included). You'll be raiding the spice cabinet at home for this one (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and vanilla extract are all needed and not part of the kit). Is it perfect? Mark thinks so and I'm on board.
